Kwame Adeyemi
Kwame Adeyemi is the Founder and Executive Director of The Osiris Foundation. Kwame is a native Virgin Islander whose love for his son serves as the impetus for the creation of The Osiris Foundation. In addition to keeping his son’s legacy alive, Kwame is the co-founder and co-owner of a cryotherapy center and a community based mental health agency. Kwame is a graduate of Virginia State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Kwame resides in Richmond, VA and is an avid fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness practitioner.

Devon Briggs
Devon Briggs is an Internal Audit Manager at Freddie Mac, headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Devon joined Freddie Mac in 2011 and has been in his current role for 2 years leading operational audits and special projects within the single-family line of business. Prior to joining Freddie Mac Devon worked at KPMG LLP. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Virginia State University and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Outside of work Devon enjoys running and has a personal interest in health and wellness.
Du’Neika Easley
Du’Neika Easley is the Chief Audit Executive for the University of Richmond, a private liberal arts institution located in Richmond, Virginia. Du’Neika joined the University in 2012, serving in this role for the last six years, overseeing all operational audits and advisory services, including information technology. Prior to joining UR, Du’Neika was a Senior Manager with KPMG, LLP where she worked in the financial services, higher education, and non-profit space. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia State University and a CPA designation. Du’Neika is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and enjoys volunteering in the community.
Ricardo Marsh
Ricardo Marsh is a North Carolina native and an Old Dominion University grad with a background in Sports Management. He is the owner of Ricardo Marsh Training in Chesterfield, VA and the Executive Director of Team Marsh Athletics who has a direct affiliation with Boo Williams. Ricardo is a player development specialist with 13 years of on court pro experience both domestically and internationally. He has experience at the highest level backed by his education and solid relationships in the basketball community. Lastly, he has played in the countries of Turkey, Japan, Israel, Latvia, Ukraine, Serbia and Dubai, as well as a stint in the NBA with the Atlanta Hawks. Ricardo is very active in youth programming and passionate about positive youth development within the global community.
